Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of One Little Thing (“App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a kindness habit app provided by Syahrul Ahmad Saputra.
By downloading, accessing, or using One Little Thing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Purpose of the App
One Little Thing helps you build a small daily kindness habit through daily challenges, reflections, mood check-ins, quotes, reminders, widgets, and progress tracking.
The App is for general wellness, habit-building, reflection, and lifestyle purposes only. It is not medical, mental health, therapy, diagnostic, emergency, or professional advice.
If you need medical, mental health, or emergency support, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.
2. Eligibility
You may use the App only if you are legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use the App on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
3. Your Use of the App
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or misuse the App.
- Use the App in a way that violates another person’s rights.
- Rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
4. Your Content and Local Data
The App may allow you to enter reflections, custom kindness ideas, mood notes, favorites, and settings.
You are responsible for the content you enter. Please do not enter sensitive information that you do not want stored on your device.
Most personal habit data is intended to be stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, locally stored data may also be deleted unless your device or Apple services preserve it through backup.

6. Subscriptions and Premium Features
One Little Thing may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions.
Premium features may include items such as expanded widgets, additional quote collections, progress insights, customization options, or other enhanced features.
Subscription prices, billing periods, free trials, and renewal terms are shown in the App Store purchase screen before you confirm a purchase.
If you purchase a subscription:
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account.
- The subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal date.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
- Deleting the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.
- Access to premium features may end if your subscription expires, is canceled, or cannot be renewed.
All payments, billing, cancellations, and refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
7. Refunds
Refund requests for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. You can request a refund through Apple’s purchase support tools.
8. App Store and Apple Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s applicable App Store terms and standard end user license terms may also apply.
These Terms are between you and Syahrul Ahmad Saputra, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App.
To the extent required by Apple’s terms:
- Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App.
- Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App or your use of it.
- Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending, settling, or discharging any intellectual property claim related to the App.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you where applicable.
9. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services such as Apple services, RevenueCat for subscription management, and Firebase for optional analytics.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
10. Notifications and Reminders
The App may offer local reminders or notifications. You can enable, disable, or change notification permissions through your device settings.
Notifications are provided for convenience and may not always arrive on time or at all.
11. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, text, graphics, icons, mascots, code, features, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Syahrul Ahmad Saputra and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for your own personal use, subject to these Terms.
You may not copy, sell, rent, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the App unless we give written permission.
12. Changes to the App
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We may add, remove, or change features, including free or premium features.
We will try to avoid changes that unfairly affect users, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will always remain available.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
- The App will meet your expectations.
- Any reminders, widgets, analytics, streaks, or saved data will always be accurate or available.
- Using the App will produce any specific personal, emotional, health, or wellness result.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syahrul Ahmad Saputra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, device issues, or inability to use the App.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months before the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or if we discontinue the App.
Sections that should reasonably survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute provisions.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, unless consumer protection laws in your location require otherwise.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website or made available in the App.
Your continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
