Privacy Policy for One Little Thing
Last updated: May 24, 2026
One Little Thing is a kindness habit app. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
If you have questions, contact us at ccrdevbusiness@gmail.com.
Information Stored on Your Device
One Little Thing stores your habit data locally on your device. This may include:
- Your optional display name for in-app greetings
- Kindness completions, streaks, points, badges, and progress history
- Mood check-ins before and after a kindness activity
- Optional reflections and custom kindness text you enter
- Favorite quotes and favorite challenges
- App settings such as language, theme, sound, haptics, reminders, analytics preference, and widget preferences
- Widget data such as streak, challenge, mood history, reflections, and progress summaries, stored in the app group so the widget can display them
Reflection text and custom kindness text are not sent to Firebase, RevenueCat, iCloud, CloudKit, or a developer-owned backend by this app. If you delete the app, locally stored data may be deleted from your device.
One Little Thing is not a medical, mental health, therapy, diagnosis, or treatment app. Please do not enter sensitive medical or health information into reflections or custom text fields.
Analytics
If analytics are enabled, One Little Thing uses Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and improve the app. Analytics may include events such as app opens, screen visits, completed challenges, selected challenge categories, reminder settings, premium feature interactions, and general app settings.
The app is designed not to send reflection text, custom kindness text, email addresses, names, contacts, precise location, medical data, or health data as analytics event parameters. For reflections, the app may send only a length bucket, such as empty, short, medium, or long.
Firebase Analytics may process technical information such as device and app information, usage events, diagnostics, and identifiers used by Firebase to provide analytics. You can turn analytics off in the app settings. When analytics are off, the app disables Firebase Analytics collection.
Purchases and Subscriptions
One Little Thing may offer premium features through Apple in-app purchases and subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple. The app uses RevenueCat to manage subscription status, restore purchases, and determine whether premium features are active.
We do not receive or store your payment card information. Apple handles payment processing. RevenueCat may process purchase-related information such as product identifiers, transaction status, entitlement status, app user identifiers generated by the purchase system, and related subscription metadata.
Notifications
If you choose to enable reminders, One Little Thing asks for notification permission and schedules local notifications, such as daily kindness reminders or re-engagement reminders. You can change notification permissions in iOS Settings and app reminder settings.
Photos
If you choose to save quote images, the app may request add-only access to your photo library. This permission is used to save the image you request. The app does not need to read your full photo library for this feature.
Support and Feedback
If you contact us by email for support or feedback, we may receive your email address and the information you choose to include in your message. We use that information only to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, and improve the app.
