Terms of Use for TCG Price Identifier

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TCG Price Identifier mobile application (the "App") provided by Syahrul Ahmad Saputra / CCR Dev ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

TCG Price Identifier is an AI-powered trading card scanner for informational card identification and estimated market value ranges.

You may scan or upload a trading card photo, and the App may return a report with visible card details, condition insight, market reference ranges, estimated low, typical, and high values, and a confidence score.

2. Informational Use Only

The App is provided for informational and collecting purposes only.

Price estimates are not certified appraisals, grading results, authentication results, guaranteed sale prices, investment advice, or official valuations. Results may vary based on condition, grading status, authenticity, rarity, demand, location, photo quality, visible details, and available market data.

The App may highlight visible authenticity indicators, but it does not verify or guarantee authenticity. Condition insight is based only on visible image details and may not reflect professional grading.

You are responsible for independently verifying card details, grading labels, certification numbers, marketplace references, authenticity, condition, transaction terms, and price before buying, selling, trading, insuring, or valuing any card.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

4. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with these Terms.

These Terms supplement Apple's applicable App Store terms and the Apple standard licensed application terms, unless a separate written agreement applies.

5. Free Features and Premium Subscription

The App may offer free and premium features.

Free users may receive:

3 lifetime AI card scans.
Basic card identification.
Basic estimated card market value.
Access to the latest 3 scan history items.
Limited market references.
Limited collection access.

Premium users may receive:

50 AI card scans per month.
AI trading card identification.
Estimated card market value ranges.
Condition and rarity insights.
Confidence scores.
Card collection tracker.
Wishlist.
Full scan history access.
Additional market reference data where available.

Premium does not provide unlimited scans. Premium scan limits may reset monthly according to the App's scan count logic.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID using Apple's in-app purchase system. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel a subscription.

Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies. We do not directly process refunds or receive your full payment card details.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of photos, notes, target prices, and other content you submit or store in the App ("User Content").

You grant us and our service providers a limited license to process User Content only as needed to provide App functionality, including AI analysis, market reference lookup, subscription verification, storage on your device, and technical support.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to submit any photo or content you use with the App. Do not upload photos containing private personal information, confidential information, unlawful content, or content that infringes another person's rights.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.
Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract the App's source code.
Bypass subscription limits, scan limits, security controls, or usage restrictions.
Interfere with or overload the App or its third-party services.
Use the App as a certified appraisal, grading, authentication, investment, or official valuation service.
Submit content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services including OpenRouter, AI model providers such as Google Gemini and OpenAI, SearchAPI.io, RevenueCat, and Apple StoreKit / App Store services.

Your use of these services through the App may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, market listings, external websites, or third-party content.

10. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, user interface, branding, and original content, is owned by Syahrul Ahmad Saputra / CCR Dev or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, modify, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

11. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT RESULTS WILL BE COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AI IDENTIFICATIONS, CONDITION INSIGHTS, AUTHENTICITY INDICATORS, MARKET REFERENCES, OR PRICE ESTIMATES WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF VALUE, TRANSACTION LOSSES, PURCHASE OR SALE DECISIONS, AUTHENTICITY DISPUTES, GRADING DISPUTES, OR MARKET VALUE CHANGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP OR RELIANCE ON APP RESULTS.

YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

13. Changes to the App or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be identified by a new effective date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, create risk for us or others, or if required by law or third-party platform requirements.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
