Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Regang: Stretch & Flex, developed by Syahrul Ahmad Saputra under the name CCR Dev ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Regang: Stretch & Flex mobile application (the "App"). Regang: Stretch & Flex is a stretching and flexibility app for office workers.

By using Regang: Stretch & Flex, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

This Privacy Policy is designed to comply with Apple App Store Review Guidelines, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP).

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

When you sign in with Apple (optional), we receive:

• A unique Apple-generated user identifier
• Your name, only if you choose to share it
• An anonymized email proxy address, if you choose to share email

You can use Regang: Stretch & Flex without signing in. Anonymous use is fully supported.

2.2 Information Stored on Your Device

We store the following data locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework:

• Stretch session history, including duration, exercises performed, and completion status
• Streak counts and progression statistics
• Experience points (XP) and skill class levels
• Unlocked achievements and badges
• App preferences, including notification settings, language, and theme
• Pain area assessment from onboarding
• Working hours preference

2.3 Information Stored in iCloud (Optional)

If you sign in with Apple, the data listed in section 2.2 is automatically synchronized to your private iCloud account using Apple CloudKit. This data is stored in your personal iCloud space, not on our servers.

We do not have access to your iCloud private database. Only you can view, modify, or delete this data.

2.4 Anonymous Usage Analytics

We collect anonymous usage data through TelemetryDeck and Apple App Analytics to improve the App. This includes:

• App launches and session durations
• Feature usage patterns, such as which routines and tabs are used
• Onboarding completion funnel
• Crash and performance diagnostics
• Notification interaction rates

This data is not linked to your identity. We do not collect any personally identifiable information through analytics.

2.5 Purchase Information

When you purchase the premium upgrade ("Regang Pro" / Remove Ads), the transaction is processed entirely by Apple. We use RevenueCat to verify your purchase status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous user identifier; they do not receive payment details, your name, or your email.

We never have access to your payment card details, billing address, or financial information.

2.6 Advertising Data

The free version of Regang: Stretch & Flex displays ads via Google AdMob. We use only non-personalized ads, which means:

• AdMob does not track you across other apps
• AdMob does not build an advertising profile from your usage
• No Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) is accessed
• No App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt is shown

2.7 Apple Health (HealthKit) — Optional, Opt-In Only

The App can optionally write your completed stretch sessions to Apple Health as Flexibility Workouts and Mindful Sessions so they count toward your Apple Watch rings. This integration is off by default and only activates after you toggle it on in Settings → Apple Health and grant permission via the system prompt.

What we write, only when enabled:

• Workout entries, type: Flexibility, including start time, end time, and duration
• Mindful Session entries, including start time and end time

What we read: nothing.

Apple Health data lives in Apple's encrypted on-device store. Regang: Stretch & Flex never uploads it to our servers, never shares it with advertisers, and never sells it. You can revoke access at any time from Settings → Apple Health in the App, or from iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Regang: Stretch & Flex.

2.8 Apple Watch Companion (WatchConnectivity)

If you install the Regang: Stretch & Flex companion app on your Apple Watch, the iPhone and Watch exchange the following minimal payload over Apple's encrypted WatchConnectivity framework:

• Current streak count
• Total XP
• Today's stretched minutes

This exchange happens only between your own paired devices. No data is sent to our servers, to Apple, or to any third party in this process.

2.9 Home Screen / Lock Screen Widget

The Regang: Stretch & Flex widget uses an App Group container, shared UserDefaults, to read a small snapshot of your progress, including streak, XP, today's minutes, and weekly grid, so it can render on your Home Screen, Lock Screen, or StandBy. This snapshot lives in the sandboxed App Group on your device only. The widget makes no network requests of its own.

2.10 Social Sharing

When you tap a Share button in History, Profile, after a streak milestone, or on a badge, Regang: Stretch & Flex renders a branded image of your progress and opens the standard iOS share sheet. You then choose where it goes, such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Messages, Photos, or other available apps.

• We do not see, log, or transmit the destination you choose.
• The image is generated on-device and never uploaded to our servers.
• Once you share, the receiving app or platform applies its own privacy policy.

If you do not tap Share, no image is created or transmitted.

3. Information We Do Not Collect

To be explicit, we do not collect:

• Your real name, unless voluntarily shared via Sign in with Apple
• Your email address, except Apple's anonymized proxy if shared
• Your phone number
• Your physical location or GPS data
• Your photo library or camera access
• Your contacts
• Your microphone
• Heart rate, blood pressure, body measurements, or any read-only Apple Health data
• Cross-app behavioral tracking data
• Browsing history outside the App
• Social media account information from the destinations you share to

4. How We Use Information

4.1 To Provide the Service

• Display your personalized stretch routine recommendations
• Track your progress, streaks, and skill class levels
• Sync your data across your devices via iCloud
• Process your premium purchase via Apple App Store

4.2 To Improve the App

• Analyze anonymous usage patterns to prioritize features
• Identify and fix crashes and bugs
• Understand which routines are most valuable

4.3 To Communicate With You

• Send local notifications for stretch reminders, only with your permission
• We do not send marketing emails, push notifications from servers, or promotional messages

6. Data Retention

6.1 Locally Stored Data

Data on your device remains until you delete the App or use the "Delete Account" function.

6.2 iCloud Synced Data

Data in your iCloud account remains until you sign out, use the "Delete Account" function in the App, or manually clear iCloud data via iOS Settings.

6.3 Analytics Data

TelemetryDeck and Apple App Analytics retain anonymous aggregate data for up to 24 months for trend analysis. Individual signals cannot be linked to you.

7. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

7.1 Right to Access

You can view all your data within the App at any time through the Profile, History, and Skill Tree tabs.

7.2 Right to Delete

You can delete all your data through:

• App: Profile > Settings > "Delete Account"
• iOS: Uninstall the App
• iCloud: Settings > Apple ID > iCloud > Manage Storage > Regang: Stretch & Flex > Delete Data

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your premium purchase entitlement remains tied to your Apple ID even after deletion.

7.3 Right to Opt Out of Analytics

Profile > Settings > Privacy > "Share anonymous data" by toggling it off.

7.4 Right to Withdraw Consent

You can disable notifications, sign out of iCloud, or stop using the App at any time without penalty.

7.5 Right to Data Portability

Since all your data is stored in your private iCloud or on your device, you maintain full control. We do not have copies on our servers to export.

8. Children's Privacy

Regang: Stretch & Flex is rated 4+ on the App Store but is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

If a parent or guardian believes a child under 13 has used the App and provided personal information, please contact us. We will promptly delete such information.

This App is not directed to children under 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.

9. International Users

9.1 European Users (GDPR)

You have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

9.2 Indonesian Users (UU PDP)

This App complies with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law, also known as Undang-Undang Pelindungan Data Pribadi.

9.3 Data Transfers

Your data is stored in your private iCloud account. Apple operates data centers globally; the specific location depends on your Apple ID region.

10. Security

We implement industry-standard security practices:

• All sync uses Apple CloudKit's encrypted infrastructure
• Premium purchases use Apple's secure StoreKit framework
• No data is transmitted to our own servers
• Sign in with Apple uses standard OAuth 2.0 over TLS

While no system is 100% secure, the architecture of Regang: Stretch & Flex minimizes attack surface by not operating any backend server for user data.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top will change
• For material changes, you will be notified within the App
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

• Usage Data, such as anonymous events for analytics
• Diagnostics, such as crash and performance data
• Health & Fitness, such as workout duration written to Apple Health when you opt in. This is stored in Apple's encrypted on-device Health store and is never uploaded to us.

None. Regang: Stretch & Flex does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
