These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of One Little Gratitude: Thankful (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). The App is developed by Syahrul Ahmad Saputra.

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. App Purpose

One Little Gratitude: Thankful is a gratitude habit and journaling app. It provides daily gratitude quotes, gratitude challenges, reflection prompts, journaling features, progress tracking, reminders, widgets, and related features to help users notice and appreciate small positive moments.

2. Not Medical, Mental Health, or Professional Advice

The App is provided for general lifestyle, reflection, journaling, and personal habit-building purposes only. The App does not provide medical, mental health, psychological, therapeutic, financial, legal, or professional advice.

The App is not a substitute for professional care, diagnosis, counseling, or treatment. If you need professional support, please contact a qualified professional or appropriate emergency service.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for how you use the App and for any content you write, save, or manage in the App. You agree not to use the App for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or inappropriate purposes.

4. Gratitude Journal Content

Any gratitude notes, reflections, or journal entries you create are your own responsibility. You should avoid storing highly sensitive information in the App. We are not responsible for loss of personal journal content caused by device issues, deletion, uninstalling the App, operating system changes, or backup settings.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store.

Subscription terms, pricing, free trials, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed through your Apple ID and App Store account settings. Your subscription may automatically renew unless canceled according to Apple’s rules and timelines.

We do not control Apple’s billing process and cannot directly cancel, refund, or modify App Store purchases on your behalf.

6. Premium Features

Premium features may include additional gratitude quotes, gratitude challenges, reflection prompts, favorites, widgets, customization options, advanced progress features, or other features. Premium feature availability may change over time.

We may add, modify, or remove features to improve the App, maintain compatibility, or comply with platform requirements.

7. Notifications and Reminders

The App may offer reminder features through local notifications. Notifications are optional and depend on your device permissions and settings. We do not guarantee that reminders will always be delivered at an exact time.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or harmful activities.
• Attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or misuse the App.
• Interfere with the App’s normal operation or security.
• Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or platform rules.
• Misrepresent the App, developer, or App content.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, user interface, icons, text, graphics, code, branding, and other content, is owned by the developer or licensed to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services for app functionality, analytics, diagnostics, purchase validation, subscription management, or other support features. Your use of the App may also be subject to the terms and policies of those third-party services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or available at all times.

We make no guarantee that using the App will produce any specific emotional, lifestyle, wellness, productivity, or personal outcome.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of journal content, device issues, purchase issues, interruption of service, or reliance on App content.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App or certain features if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or if required by law or platform rules. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

14. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Changes may be made to improve the App, add or remove features, maintain compatibility, or comply with legal and platform requirements.

Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms will be interpreted according to applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
