Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of One Little Declutter: Frugal (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. App Purpose
One Little Declutter: Frugal provides daily declutter challenges, minimalist quotes, reminders, progress tracking, and related tools to support simple living habits. The App is intended for general lifestyle and personal organization purposes only.
2. Not Professional Advice
The App does not provide financial, legal, medical, mental health, safety, or professional organizing advice. Any content related to frugal living, minimalism, decluttering, or simple living is for general informational and motivational purposes only. You are responsible for your own decisions, including whether to keep, donate, recycle, sell, or discard any item.
3. Safe and Responsible Use
You agree to use the App responsibly. When decluttering, consider safety, legal requirements, privacy, environmental rules, and local disposal regulations. Do not discard important documents, hazardous materials, medication, electronics, or personal items without appropriate review and proper handling.
4. User Content
The App may allow you to write notes, journal entries, or item details. You are responsible for the content you enter. Do not enter information that you do not want stored on your device or processed by any services used by the App.
5. Premium Features, Purchases, and Subscriptions
The App may offer optional premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Pricing, trial availability, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown in the App Store purchase screen before purchase.
Payments are charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, according to Apple’s App Store rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Free trials, if offered, may convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies.
6. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store terms.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the App except as permitted by law
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to interfere with the App’s functionality, security, or purchase validation
- Misuse premium access, subscriptions, or restore purchase features
- Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, text, graphics, icons, branding, and other content, is owned by Syahrul Ahmad Saputra or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our content except as allowed by these Terms.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also change features, pricing, or availability where permitted by applicable law and App Store rules.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syahrul Ahmad Saputra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of access, or decisions made based on App content.
12. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and conditions. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the App.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful or unlawful way. You may stop using the App at any time.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
