These Terms of Use govern your use of GlowStyle Ideas. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
GlowStyle Ideas is designed to provide cosmetic appearance insights, face shape estimates, beauty suggestions, style ideas, grooming ideas, photo pose tips, and general self-care suggestions based on photos you choose to scan or upload.
You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, unless we provide written permission otherwise.
2. Cosmetic Use Only
GlowStyle Ideas is not a medical, healthcare, dermatology, diagnosis, or treatment app. The app does not provide medical advice, does not detect disease, and does not replace consultation with a qualified professional.
Any information generated by the app is for general cosmetic, beauty, grooming, style, and self-care purposes only. You should not rely on the app for medical, health, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency decisions.
3. User Photos and Content
You are responsible for the photos and content you choose to upload, scan, save, or share through the app. You agree that you will not upload photos of other people without their permission.
You also agree not to upload content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise inappropriate.
4. No Face Recognition or Identity Services
GlowStyle Ideas does not provide face recognition, identity matching, age prediction, gender prediction, ethnicity prediction, attractiveness scoring, or emotion detection. You may not use the app for identifying people or comparing identities.
5. AI-Generated Results
GlowStyle Ideas may use AI technology to generate cosmetic appearance and personal style insights. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or affected by photo quality, lighting, angle, and other factors.
You understand that results are provided for general informational and cosmetic purposes only. You are responsible for how you interpret and use the results.
6. Subscriptions and Premium Features
GlowStyle Ideas may offer free and premium features. Premium features may require an active subscription or one-time purchase, depending on the options available in the app.
Subscription billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by Apple through your Apple ID and App Store account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
7. Free Trials and Renewals
If a free trial is offered, it will be shown in the app or on the App Store before purchase. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current billing period, subscriptions may automatically renew according to Apple’s App Store terms.
8. Purchases and Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not directly process payments or store your full payment card information. Refund requests are handled according to Apple’s policies and must generally be requested through Apple.
9. Intellectual Property
GlowStyle Ideas, including its design, features, graphics, text, branding, and software, is owned by or licensed to the developer and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or exploit any part of the app except as permitted by law.
10. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the app for medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency, or health decisions.
- Upload photos of other people without permission.
- Use the app to identify, track, or profile people.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the app.
- Use the app for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or misleading purposes.
- Misrepresent AI-generated results as professional, medical, or clinical advice.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, secure, or suitable for your specific needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syahrul Ahmad Saputra and GlowStyle Ideas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
You are responsible for your use of the app and any decisions you make based on app content or AI-generated results.
13. Apple App Store Terms
Your use of GlowStyle Ideas may also be subject to Apple’s App Store terms, including terms related to purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and app usage. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple’s applicable terms, Apple’s terms may apply where required.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these Terms or use the app in a harmful, unlawful, or abusive way. You may stop using the app at any time.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
